Payment is due in full the 10th of the next month after substantial completion of the project, with a 2% discount applied if paid in full at that time by check. 16% annual interest (1.33%/month) for any balance remaining beyond the due date. Projects from $5,000 to $75,000 financed. Loan programs vary from 24 months with no interest and fixed monthly payments up to 5 year fixed loans with interest.
